It’s about learning to discern, create clarity from ambiguity, and build bridges where none existed before — personally and professionally. It offers a practical framework for recognizing resistance and adversity, and for developing the skills of awareness, empathy, motivation, and ability so we can navigate life with more clarity, compassion, and purpose.
